Each month we send a short survey to active subscribers a few weeks after their box arrives. Complete it and you’re automatically entered into that month’s prize draw.
We love hearing what you think about your box - your feedback shapes every future curation. To thank you for your time, every subscriber who completes the monthly survey is automatically entered into a prize draw for a discount off their next box. No extra steps required.
The survey arrives by email a few weeks after your box is delivered each month. Simply complete it before the last day of that calendar month to secure your entry.

Terms and conditions
1.
The prize draw is open to active subscribers only. Subscribers whose accounts are paused, cancelled, or in arrears at the time of the draw are not eligible to win.
2.
Only one entry per customer is permitted per calendar month, regardless of how many surveys are submitted.
3.
Entry is automatic upon completion of the monthly feedback survey. No separate action is required to enter.
4.
The survey is sent to active subscribers by email a few weeks after their monthly box is received. Subscribers who have not received their box for a given month should contact customer support before entering.
5.
Entries must be submitted by 11:59 pm on the last day of the relevant calendar month to be counted. Late entries will not be included.
6.
Three winners are selected each month: one winner receives 40% off their next box; two winners each receive 25% off their next box.
7.
Winners are selected at random from all eligible entries received within that calendar month.
8.
Winners are notified by email between the 3rd and 5th of the following month.
9.
If a winner cannot be contacted within 14 days of notification, or is no longer an active subscriber at the time of award, a replacement winner may be selected.
10.
Prize discounts apply to the next billing cycle only following the month in which the draw takes place. They cannot be carried forward, transferred, or exchanged for cash.
11.
Discounts cannot be combined with any other offer, promotional code, or discount currently active on a subscriber’s account.
12.
We reserve the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary.
13.
We reserve the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw the prize draw at any time. Any changes will be communicated to subscribers in advance where reasonably practicable.
14.
Our decision on all matters relating to the draw is final. No correspondence will be entered into.
15.
By entering, participants agree to these terms and conditions in full.
